《Windmill Screening vol.1 Stand by》


윈드밀은 그간의 준비 기간을 지나 20201년 2월 말에 공간을 공개하고자 합니다. 그 시작으로 스크리닝 이벤트 ‘Windmill Screening vol.1 Stand by’를 엽니다. 이번 스크리닝은 퍼포먼스, 퍼포먼스 도큐멘테이션, 퍼포먼스 도큐멘테이션을 보는 관객, 이 세 범주에 대한 다양한 입장을 모색합니다. 특히 퍼포먼스 도큐멘테이션의 개념을 정돈하기보다는 각각 다른 퍼포먼스 이미지들의 충돌, 경계 없음, 혼혈적 모습을 보여주고자 합니다. 스크리닝은 3개의 화면으로 구성됩니다. 하나의 작업을 세 곳에 동시 재생하면서 관객이 공간을 유영하며 영상을 관람하고 윈드밀의 공간을 소개합니다.

After the preparation period, Windmill is opening the space to the public in late February, 2021. A screening event, Windmill Screening vol.1 Stand by, will mark this launch. The screening seeks to investigate the diverse positions concerning three domains—performance, performance documentation, and the audience of the performance documentation. Rather than attempting to establish the concept of performance documentation, this screening particularly aims to show the distinctive aspects of performance images that collide, without boundary, demonstrating hybridity. The screening consists of three different screens, where Windmill is
spatially introduced. Each video work will be simultaneously played in three different spots while the audience glide along Windmill’s space.
